This hotel is perfect for a serene and comfortable getaway with friends. the location is wonderful - just next to the tranquil lake and close to the bustling shopping street. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and come with private indoor and outdoor hot springs. the staff is extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. the meals are absolutely delicious, beautiful, and come in generous portions. the high ceiling and beautiful ambience make for a luxurious and relaxing experience. the gracious and personalised service will make you feel right at home.
The signs to locate the car park can be confusing.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with the shopping street and lake just a short walk away. The villa was a decent size with a nice garden and private hot springs. The food was definitely the best thing about the place with its delicious taste and visually impressive presentation. the location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the shopping street where you can find lots of souvenirs.
The hotel was too crowded, with too many guests fighting for the same four public hot springs. The staff was too busy to provide personalized service, which made the experience feel generic.

I had a great time at this hotel! The personalized and warm service was excellent. Upon arrival, I was offered a cup of tea and a snack while waiting for check-in. The hotel facilities were clean and impressive with two in-house onsens and a terrace area. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake, close to the shopping street and had parking. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious as well.
